2016 - Today


Founded Fortified GmbH, a Management Consulting & Technology Integration firm with operations in Europe and North America. Mainly providing services to Compliance, Legal, Analytics Organizations or related Technology Providers.


2017 - 2020


Consulted a Global Financial Institution as Program & Project Management, Business Analyst, Test Management within COO department of Compliance managing all Cross-Divisional Projects, specialized in integration of large-scale transformation programs into the compliance infrastructure. Mostly new entity or product integration with extensive focus on data quality and strategic migration programs.

The goal was to build the accounts and pass them onto our Key Accounts Team, where they would after service the client/account.


Major Achievement: Highest New Business Sales in H1 2009 in all of Europe.


2007 - 2009


Worked for a Global Technology Recruitment Company as a Resourcing Consultant within the Key Account Division, where we work in close cooperation with large multinational firms (UBS, Credit Suisse, EDS, HP and IBM) located in Switzerland. Specialized in the resourcing of scarce knowledge and connecting these individuals with the international clients, specifically in the IT and IT related areas.


Major Achievement: Being the Top Resourcer and winning the Southern Region “Resourcers League 2007” in terms of New Business Sales. (€ 555’414.81 – Gross Profit)
